You are AI-Ready.

The only thing left is a mind-shift, and it can happen quick.

How quick?

Here is a text I wrote three days ago:

AI-Readiness doesn’t start with a decision which model to use or to learn how to vibe code. It starts with an ontology - a shared meaning and structure of our Knowledge. A common source of Truth. Just between us, the Humans - a minute before we let the Robot into the party. Once we feed our knowledge into the machine, this Ontology will provide it with the most important Metadata of all- the Context. Without it - our AI will output confident nonsense (best-case) or convincing inaccuracies (which is much harder to deal with).

I still believe in these words, but a conversation this week sent me completely INTO the rails (I never thought I was off rails, obviously, as things are running so fast...)

It was in this week's Tree Club, where I met with Levi S. Lian from Raycaster (will be published soon! Look it up in the comments tomorrow).

He said a very simple thing: You don't need to be spending months now, tidying up your data manually- use AI from the get-go.

"AI thrives in this environment". Let it help you sort through the files you consider "garbage".

Just as a start, before "test running" it with complex regulatory tasks.

This way:

The system will learn your project.

YOU will learn the system.

This way, we can start building this trust in a relatively contained situation, and I can think of 10 different ways to do this conservatively, in a sandbox environment.

It moves the Start line from my original post MONTHS ahead, so thank you for this Levi!

So, this is my New Year's Resolution (or in AI timelines- my New Week's resolution).

Start.

For real.

=======

For CMC, there no better ontology to follow than ICH M4Q(R2)** which provides us with the domain-specific relations, and scope of relevant knowledge.

** This is especially true as the Draft ICH M4Q (R2) has undergone a major facelift to now reflect the story of Quality by Design, and with a mindset of Structured Content and Data Management (SCDM).

We will talk about this in the upcoming CMC Essentials Training Course and Tree Club- see details here: https://www.beyondcmc.com/cmc-essentials-training-course
